Tax return non payment

I submitted my tax return in August 2014. I normally receive payment within one or at the latest two weeks. It is 30 January 2015 and have not seen a cent in my account. I was told a few weeks after I submitted that I needed to go into SARS to verify my banking details (FICA) I assumed. This was done. I was then told in October about an audit, this was apparently done. The issue was then escalated in December and in January again with no response from SARS.i phoned today and apparently nothing has been done about the escalated issue. Imagine now if I owed SARS money?? Would they accept such delay? I am on maternity leave and desperately need the funds as UIF too has not paid me out as yet. What is happening to the government systems of this country? My sister filed her return last Wednesday and was paid on Monday. Shocking to say the least
