tax return drama

<p>i went to SARS , the guy who was assisting me was friendly but it appears i wasted my time going there to try and sort out my tax returns, i keep getting penalty after penalty because of a certain tax return.</p> <p>what the guy told me was he cant find the tax return that is needed and he is shocked as to why a return for 2007 can be requested now and why im paying penalties as he can not see all that info on his pc maybe its a misunderstanding ,am not sure if he captured anything because i spent close to 45 min with him.only to be told that he cant help me .</p> <p>he gave me a stamped slip and said he is transfering me to advanced queries as he can not access certain information, i then waited on the queue and waited because i had to go to work i left ..i think he forgot to give them my number , i had to wait on the queue to get a ticket , then wait on the queue to be attended when it was my turn to be attended i sat 45 min only to be told im being referred ...</p> <p>on contacting the call centre im told i have outstanding irp5 and what what was not submitted , and i have such amount of penalties . i spoke to an arrogant guy called Given. </p> <p> </p> <p>this is very fustrating , if i go to the branch and i get such poor service , i call the call centre im told something different ..are they using different system or someone at Sars just didnt want to work today.</p> <p> </p> <p>i do not have money to pay the penalties , please FIX this </p> <p> </p> <p>on my getting to work i call the call</p>
