TAX RETURN

<p>In July I went fro my tax return and got a sms saying i will be getting R4100 back and it was under audit. The lady scanned my documents but then i was told i had to go back to get the same documents scanned. I then went and was told my information was initially scanned to the wrong person thats why i has to go again. Then i got a message saying they deducting R3800 for my R4100 . I then called the Call centre and was told my return was done wrong the first time as the consultant captured the incorrect dependants, instead of 3 she captured 30. Ioggd a complaint and it was rejected and logged another one ref ********** 90 and no one bothered to call me. its not my concern the consultants captured wrong. i have confirmation regarding the my return. please refund my R4100 as promised</p>
