The 21 days have elapsed and I was promised the money would be in before Christmas and nothing came through. My poor kids had to spend Christmas with nothing, now I have been calling and i'm not getting any assistance and it's almost New Year and I'm still nothing

I wont make another call until someone who is in higher postion will assist me. before EOB today.
