TAX RESIDENCY CERT REQUIRED AND SARS DOESNT CARE!

I have worked extremely hard for 2 years for a client in Mozambique, I requested a Tax Residency Certificate (takes 21 days) on 18th September 2023, and we are still waiting. it is literally printing an existing page off of a server!!! it is now 23 November ... I am a loyal taxpayer and feel completely disrespected and insulted by your lack of efficiency, interest or capability to do your job - which I pay ALOT for every month. Your service is disgusting.
