Tax Refund not paid as yet

Still waiting for my tax returns,i have comp**** with SARS and submitted all my documents and was selected for Audit and now my 21 days have expired yet i had to follow up on my case every single day but still not even one consulted have contacted me regarding my case. This is so frustrating SARS. Can i please have my money now.
