TAX REFUND (JHB AIRPORT)does not pay out your tax refund!

Dear Hellopeter, I would like to warn other people out there about claiming for tax refund when leaving the South African Airports. I purchased 2 sets of jewellery items from Browns jewellers at the Pavillion branch in Durban in 2016 i only received 1 tax refund for 1 item and ever since 2016 i have been waiting for my second tax refund, i have spoken to Strini at the Jhb airport Tax refund office and he is useless and has been telling me they are waiting I’m not sure what they are waiting for but they are waiting. I spoke with a Margaret no joy also, then Dec2018 I spoke to Moloko he said he will help me I should email him, I never received any feedback from him. It’s a joke! He **** to me!They (somebody) refuses to pay out tax refunds! It’s shocking, it’s scary! It’s so backward and 3rd world I’m lost for words. I was in Germany in Dec2018 and because I live in the Middle East I was leaving the Munich airport I handed in my receipts they gave me cash! Imagine cash immediately or they send it to you as a card within 10 days, I know because I have many times claimed my tax refund when leaving Germany. But South Africa is so *******ed that it’s taking 3 years to give me a small amount of money! All those Jhb Tax Refund people Strini, Moloko, Margaret are ***********! So please be warned between SARS and the Tax Refund someone is not telling the truth, because they are holding Tax Refund money and collecting interest if you think you will get your Tax Refund when leaving S.A you can forget it because you won’t get it! And which account does SARS keep this unpaid tax refund money in? It’s probably millions of unpaid Tax Tefund money by now.
