Tax refund and refusal to be paid by Sars

SARS is refusing to refund me my money for 6 months. I have called and personally visitedc SARS offices in Edenvale to request them to pay my refund but until to date I have not received my money. SARS is ******** poor members of society of their hard earned money's and they acting ******** towards clients. I am flabergasted with the manner in which Sars handled my refund. I dnt owe SARS and I still dnt understand why they are holding on my refund.
