Tax Refund

It has been 7 months of since I made a submission for tax Refund with SARS and each time they get back to me they says it takes 21days to resolve the query. I have sent my bank statement and updated my banking details since it was the reason why my refund was withheld. I keep receiving calls from ***** consultants wanting to help me. Can SARS Resolve my matter once and for all.
