Tax Refund

<p>So after submitting tax return and told I am owed money, pay the late submission fee which was requested for, wait the stupulated 21 days and when following up get told by someone that appears to be trying EVERY excuse made possible by rehe****d cards in front of them, that the penalty paid by myself has caused a stop order on the amount owed to me!</p> <p>Now one has to take time off work to go into office and deal with more incompentencies !!</p>
