Tax Query to changr banking details unresolved in over 3 months

I called in in Sept of 2020 to change my banking details and remove the special stopper from my account and was assisted by Vuyo from the Randburg Branch alongside the Operations Manager Emmarentia Busakwe. Emmarentia then advised me that Vuyo was working on my tax query. It's been over 3 months. I've called in numerous times and have been told the next consultant is assisting me with the tax query and there's been no resolve since then.
