Tax practitioners unit

I'd like to review SARS tax practioners unit. Tax practitioners can't walk in like anyone we have to make appointments. I've requested an appointment last year 2019, reveived a confirmation of receipt of request and in 2020 still no appointment. The most frustrating part is you can't call the unit. They have no direct line. You either have to fight to get assistance or you request another appointment and the wait continues. I'm frustrated and angry. I think about leaving tuis country everyday
