TAX PAYOUT

An audit was done on me and on the day I submitted all supporting documents, SARS notified me of them receiving my documents.... I have phoned SARS many times about my tax payout owed to me and I'm still waiting. Nobody is coming back to me, nor does anyone know the status of the audit / payout. Its is nearing 3 months now, and still a consultant advises me that its still in the auditing process.... how long is one expected to wait when no one can even guide you on the procedure?

Three months SARS???? Seriously.
