Tax Directive

I am receiving an error from SARS stating that LUMP SUM WAS DECLARED BUT DIRECTIVE OUTSTANDING.

On calling SARS, I have been told that this is being looked at. Several times. I need clarity on the situation as it seems the relevant parties are unsure of what's going on in this matter. Please can someone contact me urgently regarding this matter as I would like to have it resolved ASAP.
