Tax Compliance Status Nightmare and Representative Activation STILL NOT DONE

I held for 1h40min and the call got cut off and didnt even allow me to use the reference ***9 provided for my company with tax number *** to get to the front of the Queue. I am trying to resolve this ridiculous status on my Companies Tax Compliance that says ' ADDRESS UNKNOWN' yet this company had been operating there for the past 8 years and has never changed, on the other hand I have been trying to get Activated as a Respresentative and the made an appointment via the phone the lady that called me wasted my time and did not know what she was doing she ended hanging up the phone and never returned my call, please can someone help me I have been fighting this for 3 weeks with no assistance I have attached information with nothing at all. CAN SOMEONE TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AT SARS AND DO SOMETHING FOR ONCE
