Tax 2023 Refund not being paid.

Let me start by saying, that Sars does not even deserve my one star. In July of 2023, I filed my return for tax year 2023. To this day I haven't received my payment. I tried to call SARS numerous times to enquire but every time I called; I got a different reason for my payment being on hold. I did everything that they have I asked that I do but I still do not have my money. I even went as far as logging a complaint on e-filling on the 19th of September. 21 days grace period has passed but my ticket is still open. I have so many ticket numbers, but I think the relevant ticket number will be ***. Contact no ***. I see a lot of complaints about this. Are they not paying out? can they kindly notify us please so that we stop bothering you? Their service is appalling.
