TAKING WAY TO LONG.

I have submitted my SARS on 7 July, on 11th of July my bank details was submitted. Up until to day, no refund... I just keep getting letters to say it is in progress of verification. How is this even possible, how can it take this long just to verify a bank. Life chat said 2 weeks ago, dont worry this will be handled. If you log on to life chat you wait up until an hour. PLEASE help me urgently.
