TA CERTIFICATE

<br> On the 01 December 2015 around 08:30,I received a very bad service and unprofessional from the lady at SARS Pretoria CENTRAL Branch named Cecilia working at counter 42.<br> <br> I simply went there a reprint of my tax certificate and all the 10 tax certificate received before were used to register on data base of government department. To my arrive at SARS and at her work station she said...She won't give me a reprint because TAX application has being decline, after I tried to explain to her that this has being approved long time ago and the status on the online show approved and active.....she started to be very rude and said \I WONT REPEAT MYSELF TO YOU.....I SAID YOU APPLICATION IS DECLINED....GO HOME BACK HOME AND COMEBACK WITH COMPANY DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFIED ID COPY"and I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said to me \""THE SUPERVISER WONT DO ANYTHING TO HER OR CHANGE ANYTHING BECAUSE SHE IN BEING WORKING AT SARS FOR 25 YEARS\"". and Ceclia said in fornt of the supervisor that she know what she is talking about because she is being working at SARS FOR 25 YEARS AND SHE CANT KEEP ON REPEATING T"""
