System failure and no empathy stadd

The E-filing system is suppose to be easy and helpfull, I made an error and still struggling with my return. Numerous submissions, calls and explanations and still no payout. I started in July 2015 we are in 2016 and now the require me to restart? Is there no one competent to assist? Who has empathy and customer service skills... I am so fed up...
