SUPER SUPER SUPER TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SARS

My tax has been submitted last year November already, they said that it would be audited. they SPECIFICALLY ADVERTISED 21 working day period has been exceeded 3 times over. i phone evry day and every day they just give me the same excuse, there is nothing we can do you need to be patient. so my question is. the employees that CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU THAT YOU HAVE JUST SPENT AN HOUR AND A HALF HOLDING ON TO TALK TO - they get salaries every month from our tax revenue, they can not assist in any regard. the time frame for this issue has passed so long ago. i have also spoken to an apparent "manager" Ronel Phillips - Ewers - needless to say the situation has still not been sorted out!!. this is the worst service that I have ever experienced from any organization - and still even worse... it is our own government
