Super slow responce and poor capability of response

Super slow responce and poor capability of response. I processes my e-filing on the 03 July 2017 and my file was selected for an audit. When I call the call centre im told that it will take 3 - 12 months to finalise the audit. Basically this will be done by the next tax season(2018) ....I have been given case number after case number and this is not helping: Case ********** 39. This is only a delay tactic not to pay my returns. SARS has the most horrible service in South Africa. Customer service is fiction to them as it does exist at all.
