Submitted return on 3 July 2015... Still waiting!

I submitted my return on 3 July 2015. I received feedback and contacted SARS when my refund was not paid. They informed me that I needed to submit returns for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 even though I did not earn enough to pay tax. Needless to say I comp**** and submitted the returns. I was then selected for an audit - fair enough. I submitted via efiling all supporting documents. Following up they advised that they did not receive documents for 2010 for some reason. I then went into a SARS branch and submitted documents on 8 September 2015. I again followed up today, 08 October 2015, and was told that they received supporting docs on 8 Sept AND on 23 September 2015 (which must have been the documents that were delayed from efiling as I did not submit anything after the 8th of September!) I have subsequently been told that it will take 30 WORKING days as of the 23rd of September to audit 2010 and pay out my refund!! This is ridiculous!!!!!
