Struggling with late mother's estate return

I've been struggling and sending emails regarding my late mother's estate claim for the last 2 months... All documentation has been send I keep on getting the same responds that the system doesn't pull the info through, yet I get reminders every time 2 submit the returns.

My concern is that chargers is been added tothe estate bank account which I will be liable for.. Can someone pls get back 2 me with positive responds and sort out this.
