Struggling to de-register a trust with SARS after all supporting documents have been submitted 6 months ago

Terrible service. I have been trying and wasting my time to de-register my tax number on a trust with SARS and de-register the entity on efiling for months now.

The trust has already been de-registered with the master of the high court in February 2023. In other word the trust does not exist anymore it is gone!. I have submitted the same documents to SARS that the master requested and more to close out the tax number and de-register it with SARS already in May via two case numbers. It has been almost 6 months and now SARS does not want to give me information on the case because they say I am not a registered representative on the trust. We have long passed that stage. I cannot ask previous trustees to legally sign a resolution that I be appointed a representative on a trust that had been closed with the master for more than 7 months. SARS please contact me in private so that I can supply the case numbers again and please de-register the trust with SARS please.
