STRUGGLING FOR A REFUND MONTH AFTER MONTH NEARLY GOING ON CLOSE TO A YEAR

I am sitting month after month speaking to different people almost ON A DAILY BASIS i have spoken to pleasant people rude people i think i have a list of 10 reference numbers all pointing to the same case MY REFUND which is just not happening it got to the point after endless fighting empty promises months of 21 days after 21 days submitting everything i could possibly except my blood tests this is how extreme this process has become SARS has absolutely everything they need from me yet i keep facing excuses and empty promises My refund got processed to be released all to be reversed on the same night for banking detail verification after I faught to have another stopper reversed weeks before NO BODY KNOWS WHAT TO TELL YOU they keep giving reference numbers and still nothing happens ive been as far as reaching the complaints department to get another reference number all to be sitting here with no refund. They have audited me i have send proof of payments banking details photos proof of address which i get told is not good enough from my rental agency and my life policy SARS is doing any and everything in there power not to pay my refund out and i have no idea why this is my hard earned tax money that is owed to me i have not ****** anything i have been compliant i have done the right things over the years SARS WHY CAN YOU NOT DO THAT TOO totally lost for words at the moment Disappointment is not even the word
