stinking attitude nd they dont even listen

iv filled on the 06/08/2015,then my returns were suppose to be r1400,called dem they told my file was picked up for audits nd it takes 30working days.on the 28/08/2015 called again spoke to sum white guy who said they got all my documents the case will be closed on the 17sept,now come the 19th i call them now dey say i wont get my money cos they cudnt pick up my medical tax certificate i now need to pay r140 this i was told by a girl called busisiwe...why ddnt they bother to fone or text or even email me? i demand a full report frm them.
