Still waiting for refund money on my tax return

I have submitted my tax return on 24 July 2017. I have been aufited. My tax refund is R2822. I am still waiting for the refund. Everytime when I phoned them, they tell me that the process has not been finalised yet. They also dont give a reason why. I have send several emails regarding this problem, no response. I can not see why must I wait for 5 months to get the refund that they owe me, if they cant even give me a reason why it has not been finalised.
