Still waiting for refund from SARS !!!!!!

My tax returns was submitted on the 29/09/2015 on the same day they came back looking for supporting documents, it was handed in as requested, on the 01/11/2015 more supporting documents was asked for and that was also handed in on the 04/11/2015, I had to wait 60 working days for feedback. only to discover that on the 20/01/2016 more supporting documents are needed, what is going on at SARS can you not ask once for documents and get it over and done with. Please can someone come back to me with one list of documents that you want and possibly need and get this over and done with, i have claimed for the same expenses for the last 3 years and never had a problem but it seems being honest is just not good enough for SARS
