Still waiting for refund

i submitted my tax return in November last year and was requested to upload supporting documentation. I did so on 15 December and i am still awaiting feedback. i have called numerous times and have escalated this issue more than 3 times. Still no feedback. This is so frustrating. Looks like SARS operates in exactly the same way as all other government agencies in this country- they're a bunch of lazy, *********** individuals *****ing taxpayers money.<br>
