still waiting for refund

I've submitted my IRP5 on 26/072017 two weeks later I received an SMS requesting supporting documents. I handed those documents on 14/08/2017 ,I'm still waiting for my refund to date ,every time I call they give me the same excuse 'there's no turn around time for refund'
