Still waiting for my OTP number to be updated.Its 3 weeks now

I have been from the 16th of July 2025 requesting for my mobile OTP number to be corrected on the system and the last right is incorrect.They advised me that it will be done within 72hours.This has not been done and everytime i call they tell me that it has bern escalated once so they cant escalate it again,i have to wait for a call.Its been 3 weeks now and i am still waiting.Clearly someone is not doing their job there and it's an inconvenience to me because i cant log into my app to do my efilling.I am not able to visit their office as i am currently on maternity leave and looking after a new born baby.
