Still not Refunded

Am so tired of SARS putting me under alot of stress I've been requesting for my refund since August I've done everything they told me to do, booked online for telephone verification to be done to update bank details/lift special stopper got a call on 17 October to verify my details was told will receive my refund in 7 days which was supposed to be 26 October still nothing
