still no rufunds

worse SERVICE EVER!!!! since September i have been waiting for SARS every time i submit my paper work as requested i have to wait 31 working days JUST TO FIND OUT THEY WANT MORE PAPER WOR****!!!!!!!! it is now at a point where i have submitted more then enough paper work yet when you phone in no one can give you answers all they can say is " you need to wait 31 working day" just so they can tell you the same thing. DOES SARS NOT HAVE MONEY ????? but when it comes to having to pay taxes we do not ask questions or delay but now that SARS has to give some back ITS A BIG STORY.
