Still awaiting for my tax returns

Hello Peter please assist me on my query, I visited SARS on the 27/11/2015 to submit on time all relevant and required documents, they advised me that there were funds due to me payable on the 01/01/2016 and up to this date they have not yet made payment. I followed up by calling their call center and they advised me to wait, funds will be released but still nothing, I even emailed their customer service but there was no response. kindly assist me because they never ever take any complain seriously.
