Springs SARS not considerate

Good day,

My mother is 64 years and knows nothing about e-filing - the Springs branch is forcing taxpayers to do E-filling. Literally they are made to wait outside of the branch. there is one specific lady that does not even allow people to go inside the branch, not once buy on 3 occasions that she has been asking for assistance she was then forced to drive to Benoni where she was assisted.

Please make provision for the elderly not everyone is equipped
