Sponsorship informal proposal

I have been using my smartphone to try to assist SARS on getting new clients, to have SARS tax reference number. Due to the high demand made by my community members. I do not have much resources to be able to help them while I'm here at my area. Due to the community disadvantage reasons and purposes. I'd love if SARS can make partnership with me and provide me with the proper resources to improve the community so that the economy can improve and open more opportunities to ease unemployment.
