Spent R400 on airtime held kn for 2 hours just to have someone hang up on me

Accountants logged vat submission in March and was advised of 21 working days ,today I'm still waiting for SARS ,Accountants follow up and it was escalated TAT was said to be 5 working that passed and called to follow up and was advised they will log a complaint for me TAT 21 working days till now nothing ,called client service they referred me to choose an option that does not go through it say you ve called us outside of our business hours and it cuts the calls ,called client service back was advised to call complaints line held on from being number 10 to number 1 after 1 hour and 50 minutes and someone picked up and released the call called back hang on for 2hour 10 minutes someone picked and hung up again ,I have spend R400 on airtime and jm out of options now please advise how else can I follow up on this
