SPECIAL STOPPER - WHAT IN THE WORLD - PATHETIC TO PAY OUT RETURN.. AFTER 3 MONTHS - SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS 4 TIMES ALREADY

<p>I have submitted my return on the 8th of July for the first time, then they said they will be auditing me, I need to upload all documents via e-filling which I then did, then on the 21st of July they notified me I need to go into a SARS Branch to submit all my supporting documents, this I have done on the 28th of July, then the consultant at count 25 in the Edenvale branch, had taken all the documents to upload, then they advise me my return has been approved and I will receive my money 3-5 working day. So this did not happen then I phoned them on the 5th of August and said there is a special stopper on my account and they are busy with my return, so on the 15th of August, I phoned them again and then they notified me a case wasnt open for this, I need to submit all my supporting documents again in order for a case to be opened where they request the stopper to be removed, so I was really upset because of this, now, so I ended up going to the Edenvale Branch again, so I submitted all my documents to the lady in consulting room 9, so again I started waitng for this to be removed then on the 5th of September I phoned them very very furious, they told me that the case was opened but INCORRECTLY....... OMW totally lost it..... They said to me I have to submit all the documents again and this will be for the 4th time, now this is more than 2 weeks after I submitted my documents for the 4th time. almost 3 months after I first submitted my return...... SOOOOOOOO I HAVE TO ASK DID ANYONE ON THIS PLANET GET A SPECIAL STOPPER OR AM I THE ONLY LUCKY WINNER....</p>
