Special stopper on my account

I have a special stopper on my account,it seems to be difficult to remove it,the money was paid back to SARS by standard bank on 14 may 2026 which is an old account no longer in use,i have a refund which must be paid on my current account which is Capitec bank,I have been calling SARS for weeks now ,I keep on getting different answers,I no longer don't know what to do been emailing, making phone calls but still nothing is happening,MR MBH ZULU, ID ***,phone number ***
