Special stopper

<p>SARS has given me the run around on my return pay out.</p> <p> </p> <p>They placed a special stopper on my return and didn't even communicate. I sent through all the docs and still no movement. Am told there is no turnaround time either which means no one take responsibility for no payouts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Previous years SARS was so efficient, guess now they are good at collections of tax only.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>These special stopper's are a ploy not to pay taxpayer's their returns</p>
