What an awful experience with the revenue services. Such a shame that our government institutions recruit such poor quality workmanship. I have been sent from pillar to post with my tax submission I have been calling SARS since August to resolve my problem. On the 9th of November I was finally told to book a branch appointment and a consultant will call me back on 24th November 2020 at 8 o'clock. No one called and I'm still waiting. I called in and a lady by the name of Gloria Dlamini told me in not so many words that she won't help me. While voicing out my frustration and asking her to help me she hung up the phone. This is after holding for 1hour 30 minutes on the phone. All I want them to do is verify the details that I have already uploaded, can someone call me to help, I have been patient enough.
