Sorry pres. Zuma I cant pay tax!!

I called through to the callcentre twice today and it was a mess!! I am in a very large predicament after recovering from a fatal marriage where i literally lost everything. I have just started working at a new company in cape town which requires my tax number. to my knowledge it is enough if you authenticate with your id number and personal details, but to remember details from 6 years back is rediculous!!!! I have told them as soon as i have time i will go in to their branch close to where i am residing and update my details as i need to go to home affairs first and get a new ID. i have answered some of the questions correctly and when i called the 2nd time i was told the very same answers were INCORRECT!! If i dont have my tax number i dont get paid, if i dont get paid i cant pay tax!!! and i wont at this rate!! it is terryfying how negligent and disrespectful these call centre agents can be!! all i needed was my tax number! no helpfulness at all!! but let me not pay tax then they want to come down on me like ****** monsters and threaten to arrest me!! So sorry president Zuma, i can't pay tax since your government members wont give me access to do so!!!
