so tired

<p>To whom it may concern </p> <p> </p> <p>I am really confused.I have been sending emails to SARS literally everyday explaining why i haven't received my IRP5 from my new employer.It seems as if this has become a scene in a cartoon.I have told SARS that i tried to cancel the IRP5 but to my detriment it was uploaded with incorrect information,this information resulting in me owing SArs 5 million and odd.It's obviously an error which has to be corrected.I understand that they requestedmy IRP5 which will only be distributed in june because i started at my current place of employment ***6.I received a phone call yesterday after five from i don't know stating she's calling in connection with my audit and the proceeds to tell me "i see you're reluctant to answer" where she got the eyes to see through the phone amazes me.She then continued and said "you don't even say hello" my private phone might i add.I then told told her to have another consultant call me because it's my right not to be treated as a child in my time.She then raises her voice and said "i asked you when did you join SAPS" i then ended the call waiting for someone with respect to call me...I then received a message to say i need to login to e -filling for a correspondence.I can't view the documents from my tablet so i called in this morning to find out what the letter states.It then stated that they concluded the audit and i owe 5 million and change.How the hell do you finalise the audit without my IRP5.and there's a tax period in saps to obtain the IRP5 and i just started when they closed the books.I told them.How did i accumulate 5 million without paying tax with my minimum wage.Shouldn't they finalise it when i submit my IRP5 for 2015.She made the decision without receiving information from me.She didn't get the info and just sent the correspondence after all the letters i sent.Do i shoot the employer to go againts protocol for my IRP5.Where are they getting this information if i explained that i entered incorrect information and tried to cancel but it went through.Why didn't the very unprofessional consultant tell someone how she treated me and have someone contact me.I am not accepting 5 million.I don't think i've earned that amount in my working career.So,they finalised the audit by using my incorrect details.5 million?you do know that i earn a government salary meaning my tax gets deducted before i see my money.Why don't sars know about the tax periods in the saps.</p>
