Every month I paid towards tax for 20 years with no issues, the day I have to get a refund I get audited and suddenly it takes 2 months to verify banking details. Every Sunday I get an email saying they are still busy verifying and will take 21 days. Seems like someone can count our money but not days of the week. No response via email queries, call system is pathetic and absolutely useless.
