slow service and people standing around

I came into the branch the people in front at security was not very helpful ,the one lady helped me to at least get upstairs I had to wait for 15 min at the info desk just to get a queue number the lady helped 5 people before me and I was there first after they sent me to the area where I had to sit the people at the counters #51 53 and 49 were all standing around chatting up a storm and more than 35 costumers were sitting and waiting to be helped .<br> I can at least say the consultant at counter 50 was very helpful and efficient she was the only one working in the whole section
