Six months overdue TAX RETURN

Appaling service received. Tax returns submitted on the correct days with all the necessary and correct information but refusal to pay back the tax return and when requested all is said is that it is being escalated. No regards for the impact this money has on the law abiding tax citizen just an all around refusal to asist and do their jobs but would not hesitate one second to serve you papers if you owe them money. This is outrageous as it has been over six months and nothing has been received and no one has been in contact with us. I guess us as tax payers mean nothing to them.
