Since last year October

So disappointed at SARS. How do we get Bloemfontein booking online on SARS App????, that App always says there is no space for booking to file for disputes. They only want to give Online service and I want a walk into their office so that someone can help fix my case. no one could assist me online since last October 2021. SARS How do we walk into Bloemfontein Office for help???
