Shocking Service from SARS

In May 2018 SARS deducted R68k tax from my Investec Pension Payout. I have since then proofed to them that this amount was overstated by R29k due to a tax calculation error on their part & they owe me a refund. I have send them numerous emails & complaints via efiling, all to no avail. It is now nearly September & I am still waiting for my refund or any explanation. I just get ignored. Shocking service!! Also reported the matter to the Tax Ombudsman.
