Shocking service!!!
Received my tax refund the 7th May Friday night FNB froze my account and said they they paid SARS the money back and I need to call *** I did phone this morning was holding for 2hour 45 min... phoned FNB again and told them the story they said they cant do nothing i need to phone SARS at *** and AGAIN i am holding on now for 1hour 30 min already That is 5 hours 15min with no answer only a very annoying song playing and you are nr1 in the que!!!!
