Shocking poor service from SARS

Tax Ref *** - I submitted my tax return supporting documents on 20 August 2024 and was allocated case number *** and that it will take 21, I assume working days to audit my return. This took me to around 20 September 2024 and nothing happened. I called a week later and was told my case will be escalated. A week later I called again and was told that there was no progress. A week later I called again and was assisted by a gentleman who was very thorough and checked and confirmed all information was correct but he will advise I attach my IRP5 documents although SARS has it. A week later I called again and was told it was a mistake to load the IRP5 documents as I now have to wait another 21 working days. There evidently has been nothing done about my audit and the responsible consultant has zero supervision or accountability for his/her work!!!!!!! My colleague at work submitted her docs and her money was paid within 7 days. How come I have already waited over 2 months with zero results. Zero service or commitment from SARS!!!!!!!
